Section 01

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck4333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ck4333.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels offered thereon.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the ck4333 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account.

Amendments to These Terms

ck4333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Applicable Law

Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Requirement

Access to ck4333 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. ck4333 conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited to such an account will be held and may be subject to forfeiture pending a guardianship review. ck4333 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active ck4333 account at any given time. Maintaining more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact ck4333 support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ck4333 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point, including but not limited to: prior to processing any withdrawal request, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or where activity on the account raises compliance concerns. Acceptable KYC documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address dated within three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ck4333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck4333 support immediately.

Section 03

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ck4333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck4333 does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals processed through supported BDT payment channels. It is your responsibility to ensure that any fees charged by your payment provider are understood before initiating a transaction.

Supported Payment Methods

ck4333 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Internet Banking: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks

ck4333 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Any changes to available payment methods will be communicated via the platform's payment section prior to taking effect.

Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the ck4333 cashier. Deposits are generally credited to your ck4333 wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation. ck4333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made from payment accounts that do not match your registered ck4333 account identity may be declined or held pending verification.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that you own and that matches the identity details verified on your ck4333 account. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. ck4333 targets withdrawal processing times of 1 to 15 minutes for mobile financial service methods under normal operating conditions; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. ck4333 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly those involving large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns, which may extend processing times.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on ck4333 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no fee charged by ck4333 on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ck4333's control.

Inactive Account Funds

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ck4333 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts following a written notice period of thirty (30) days. Players are encouraged to log in and review their account activity regularly to avoid dormancy fees. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be returned to the registered payment method upon verified request.

Section 04

Bonus & Promotions Policy

ck4333 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal campaigns to eligible account holders. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and a specific offer's terms, the specific offer's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds credited to your ck4333 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the offer details. Wagers placed on restricted games or markets will not count towards the wagering requirement. Bonus funds and associated winnings may only be withdrawn once the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered the required number of times before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date for each bonus is displayed in your ck4333 account bonus section from the moment the bonus is credited.

Bonus Abuse & Fraud

ck4333 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software or bots to place wagers, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements at reduced risk, exploiting technical errors or software bugs, and placing hedged bets across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck4333 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, suspend the account, and refer the matter for further investigation.

One Bonus Per Offer

Each promotional offer is available to eligible players once unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Creating additional accounts to claim a promotion more than once is a breach of the single-account rule and these bonus terms simultaneously, and will result in consequences as described in the Account Suspension & Closure section of these Terms.

Section 05

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ck4333, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following obligations apply to your use of the platform at all times.

You Must Not:

• Use the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Register more than one account or allow another person to use your account on your behalf.
• Provide false, incomplete, or misleading identity or payment information.
• Use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with platform games or betting markets.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the ck4333 platform.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the obligations listed above may result in one or more of the following actions at ck4333's discretion: temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and referral of relevant information to appropriate legal authorities. ck4333 will always act proportionately, but where financial crime or serious fraud is involved, the platform's legal obligations take precedence over player interests.

Section 06

Game Rules & Betting Integrity

All games available on ck4333 are supplied by internationally accredited software providers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The specific rules for each game — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, maximum payout limits, minimum and maximum bet sizes, and special feature rules — are accessible within the game interface itself or via the game provider's published documentation.

Sports Betting

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, ck4333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your ck4333 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

ck4333 supports voluntary self-exclusion as a responsible gaming measure. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so via the responsible gaming section of their account settings for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be suspended and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has elapsed. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Account Suspension by ck4333

ck4333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent registration information.
• Activity on the account suggests money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has required the suspension or termination.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate of an existing account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account wallet will remain frozen until the investigation is concluded. Where fraud or financial crime is confirmed, ck4333 reserves the right to withhold and report such funds to the relevant authorities.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by ck4333 — your right to access the platform's games, markets, and services terminates immediately. These Terms shall continue to govern any outstanding obligations, disputes, or claims that arose prior to the closure date.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

ck4333 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is accessible and operational at all times. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck4333 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. ck4333 shall not be liable for any loss — direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from platform downtime, delayed access, or loss of data caused by circumstances outside ck4333's reasonable control.

Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. ck4333 is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee winning outcomes. The platform is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players during normal, compliant use of the platform's games and betting markets. Players are responsible for managing their own wagering activity and making use of the responsible gaming tools provided to limit potential financial harm.

Third-Party Content

Maximum Liability Cap
